TRONDHEIM JAZZ ORCHESTRA

A highly original large ensemble and a chameleon orchestra that changes shape and color regurlarly. The orchestra has been working with many different artists, like Pat Metheney, Dave Holland, Terje Rypdal and Chick Corea.

SISSEL VERA PETTERSEN / MARC DUCRET

This duo made its first apperance in Copenhagen Jazzfestival and Kongsberg Jazzfestival 2005. Since then they have been playing together when time allows them to. Original compositions and lots of free stuff.

The languages that emerge from the meetings between different art forms is a major source of inspiration. Sissel has composed several comissions for theatre, short films and dance performances. Se also works regularely as a performer herself, incorporating music, acting, movement and visual arts.
